- Du gestaltest die Umsetzung der Projekte von der Planung zur Ausführung mit
- Du führst und koordinierst das Konstruktionsteam, um Projekte termingerecht und wirtschaftlich umzusetzen
- Du entwickelst kreative, nachhaltige und anspruchsvolle Detaillösungen in Abstimmung mit Sub- und Nachunternehmern sowie Kund:innen
- Du bringst proaktiv Ideen und Innovationen in die Tätigkeit ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Stahlbaus sowie idealerweise im Fassadenbau
- Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit
- Du hast dein Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bist engagiert, offen für Neues, arbeitest gern im Team und teilst unsere Leidenschaft für anspruchsvolle Projekte am Bau
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert
- Du bringst Kreativität und Innovation bei der Lösung von Problemen ein, statt Lösungen von der Stange zu verfolgen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
