Bauüberwachung für Verkehrs- und Freianlagen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie überwachen örtlich den Bau (Qualität, Termine, Kosten) für Verkehrs- und Freianlagen
- Sie leiten Baubesprechungen und kommunizieren mit Auftraggeber:innen, Baufirmen und Behörden
- Sie führen das Bautagebuch, managen Nachträge und Mängel, und führen Abnahmen und Inbetriebnahmen durch
- Sie prüfen Aufmaße und Rechnungen und wirken bei Nachtragsverhandlungen mit
- Sie wirken in den Leistungsphasen 5–7 mit, erstellen prüfbare Ausführungsdetails, Leistungsverzeichnisse und Vergabeunterlagen
- Sie koordinieren die Fachdisziplinen (Verkehrsanlagen/Tiefbau, Grün- und Landschaftsplanung, Entwässerung, Beleuchtung, Möblierung)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Verkehrsingenieurwesen, Landschaftsarchitektur oder vergleichbar (Bachelor/Master) oder sind staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in / Meister:in mit einschlägiger Bauerfahrung
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in HOAI (Lph 5–9) und VOB
- Sie haben Praxis in der Überwachung von Tief-/Straßen- oder Freianlagenbau, idealerweise im kommunalen Kontext
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und sind bereit, im Projektumfeld zu reisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
