Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst Neuentwicklungen, bringst innovative Impulse für Formate und Inhalte ein, behältst Trends im Blick und übersetzt sie in passgenaue Lernlösungen
- Du entwickelst unsere Trainingsprogramme strategisch weiter, mit dem Ziel, unser Unternehmen als Thought Leader zu etablieren
- Du sorgst für die inhaltliche Qualität aller Trainingsinhalte durch inspirierendes Sparring in Konzeption und Angebotsentwicklung
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team überzeugende Konzepte, die du in der Umsetzung begleitest und dabei mit Klarheit und Herz führst
- Du führst dein Team (4-6 FTE), gestaltest Rollen und schaffst Strukturen und Prozesse, die Orientierung geben und Weiterentwicklung ermöglichen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development, ob in einer internen Rolle oder als externe:r Trainer:in, und möchtest diese Erfahrung mit strategischer Verantwortung und Führung verbinden
- Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit und hast die Leidenschaft, Teams weiterzuentwickeln und Menschen zu befähigen
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Konzeption von Lernprogrammen und inhaltlicher Qualitätssicherung
- Du denkst unternehmerisch, gestaltest gern Strukturen und Prozesse und behältst das große Ganze im Blick
- Du überzeugst im Kundengespräch, auf der Bühne oder im Team mit klarer Kommunikation, souveränem Auftreten und wertschätzender Haltung
- Du arbeitest gern in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) und bist vor Ort in Berlin oder bereit umzuziehen

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
