Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust Marketing Funnels und Flywheels zur Leadgenerierung und konzipierst Lead-Nurturing, Landingpages und CRM-Prozesse, insbesondere in HubSpot
- Du optimierst bestehende Marketingkampagnen und entwickelst datengetriebene Ansätze zur Verbesserung der Customer Journey
- Du übernimmst die operative Umsetzung von Ad-Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Content- und Social-Media-Team
- Du analysierst unsere CRM-Daten, leitest Optimierungspotenziale ab und entwickelst daraus sowohl CRM-Optimierungen als auch innovative Marketingstrategien
- Du verantwortest und entwickelst das Performance Marketing, insbesondere SEA, Paid Social und andere bezahlte Kanäle, analysierst Kampagnenergebnisse und optimierst diese zur maximalen Generierung und Qualifizierung von Leads
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sales-Team zusammen, um eine durchgängige Lead-Generierung und Qualifizierung sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen im Aufbau von Marketing Funnels, Leadgenerierung und CRM-Strategien sammeln können und/oder hast extrem Bock, dich dort weiterzuentwickeln
- Du kennst dich richtig gut mit HubSpot aus und hast vielleicht sogar Erfahrung mit Salesforce
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Performance Marketing, insbesondere in SEA, Paid Social und weiteren bezahlten Kanälen
- Du bist strukturiert, analytisch und liebst es, datengetriebene Entscheidungen zu treffen. Trotzdem fehlt es dir nicht an Kreativität und Umsetzungsstärke
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung, arbeitest eigenständig und hast Lust, mit uns das unternehmensinterne Portfolio aufs nächste Level zu heben
- Du denkst strategisch und operativ, packst gerne mit an und hast Freude daran, gemeinsam im Team große Ziele zu erreichen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
