Was erwartet dich?
- Du montierst unsere Treppenlifte fachgerecht im Zweierteam direkt bei den Kund:innen vor Ort und sorgst für eine reibungslose Inbetriebnahme.
- Du führst eigenständig Wartungen, Reparaturen und technische Sicherheitsprüfungen an unseren Treppensitz- und Plattformliften durch.
- Als technischer Experte analysierst du Störungen, findest effiziente Lösungen und stellst so die einwandfreie Funktion der Anlagen sicher.
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen freundlich und kompetent, weist sie in die Bedienung der Lifte ein und bist ihre erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Fragen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrik, Elektronik oder Mechatronik – auch als handwerklich geschickter Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Montage oder im technischen Kundendienst mit.
- Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und überzeugst durch ein freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für deine täglichen Einsätze unerlässlich.
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch, um dich problemlos mit Kunden und im Team abzustimmen.

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
