Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet (Postleitzahlen 2 und 3) aktiv, betreuen und erweitern bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und gewinnen neue Kund:innen hinzu
- Sie präsentieren unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen bei Ihren Kund:innen vor Ort und gegebenenfalls auch online
- Sie bereiten Angebote für den Innendienst vor und verhandeln Verträge
- Sie beobachten den Markt und führen Wettbewerbsanalysen durch
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Innendienst und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen
- Sie nehmen an Messen und Veranstaltungen teil, um unser Unternehmen zu repräsentieren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Hochfrequenztechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d).
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld mit, idealerweise in den genannten Fachbereichen.
- Vertriebserfahrung ist ein Pluspunkt, aber keine Voraussetzung – Ihre technische Expertise ist uns wichtiger.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie selbstständig, zielorientiert und bringen die für den Außendienst nötige Reisebereitschaft mit.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
