Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Sie bearbeiten technische Kundenanfragen zu Ersatzteilen, Umbauten sowie Modernisierungen und stimmen sich dabei eng mit den Service-Teams und der Konstruktion ab.
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Organisation, Steuerung und Dokumentation aller Service-Vorgänge – von der Anfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Sie pflegen sorgfältig die Materialstammdaten in SAP und stellen sicher, dass alle vertriebsrelevanten Texte und Daten stets aktuell und korrekt sind.
- Sie finden kreative Lösungen und erarbeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktion technische Alternativen für abgekündigte Ersatzteile, um die Anlagen unserer Kunden am Laufen zu halten.

Welche Qualifikationen sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d) im Bereich Mechatronik oder Industrie, und bringen mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Technische Zeichnungen sowie Steuerungs- und Regelungsschemata lesen und verstehen Sie sicher.
- Im Umgang mit SAP und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie vertraut.
- Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung und Ihrer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise finden Sie auch für knifflige Anfragen die passende Ersatzteillösung.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und fließend auf Englisch, um unsere internationalen Kunden optimal zu betreuen.
