- Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen im Umgang mit ihren anspruchsvollen Herausforderungen, z. B. im Kontext von Veränderungen im Wettbewerbsumfeld, digitaler Transformation oder Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen
- Du verstärkst unsere Projektteams vor Ort bei der Kundschaft oder remote
- Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung bestehender und dem Aufbau neuer Kund:innen mit
- Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsansätze
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich interne Entwicklungsthemen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium (BA / MBA / Master)
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im Rahmen von Praktika oder erste Berufserfahrung von bis zu 3 Jahren in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenumfeld mit
- Du bist kreativ, hast konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Analysevermögen sowie Spaß an der Lösung komplexer Probleme im Team
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Proaktivität und Engagement und bist bereit, aktiv mit unseren Kund:innen vor Ort als auch virtuell zu arbeiten
- Du trittst sicher auf, hast ausgezeichnete Präsentationsfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
