Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten unsere Schlüsselkund:innen mit dem Ziel, hohe Kundenbindung und -zufriedenheit zu erzielen
- Sie führen intensive Dialoge mit unseren Kund:innen per Mail sowie telefonisch
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Außendienst zusammen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Preisfindung und Angebotserstellung
- Sie bearbeiten Aufträge mit unserer internen Verpackungssoftware und überwachen Termine
- Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen und aktualisieren stetig unsere Datenbank
- Sie übernehmen individuelle, kundenbezogene Sonderaufgaben wie Lagerlisten und Bonuslisten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sie verfügen idealerweise zudem über einen technischen Background, wie zum Beispiel Medientechnologe Druck (m/w/d) oder Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Service
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse in Word, Excel und Outlook
- Sie arbeiten engagiert, haben eine Teamplayer-Mentalität und ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und gut Englisch; idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im produzierendem Gewerbe wie die Etikettierung von Weinflaschen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
