Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst, organisierst und entwickelst dein Team von bis zu 25 Mitarbeitenden und förderst gezielt deren fachliche Weiterentwicklung.
- Du programmierst und richtest unsere CNC-Bearbeitungszentren (vorwiegend Siemens Steuerung) für die Fertigung im Leichtmetallbereich ein und optimierst kontinuierlich die Prozesse.
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher und arbeitest dafür eng mit den angrenzenden Fachabteilungen zusammen.
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung der Produktivitätsvorgaben sowie des Fertigungsprogramms und leitest bei Bedarf Korrekturmaßnahmen ein.
- Du bist für die Erfassung von Produktionskennzahlen, die Pflege der Dokumentation sowie die Einhaltung von Managementsystemen und ISO-Normen verantwortlich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungs-, Werkzeug- oder Industriemechaniker.
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Leichtmetallbereich für die Automobilindustrie.
- Du bringst Praxiserfahrung als Einrichter oder Schichtführer mit CNC-Bearbeitungszentren mit – idealerweise mit Siemens-Steuerung.
- Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt und überzeugst mit Gestaltungswillen und Durchsetzungsstärke.
- Eine selbstständige, präzise und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit „Hands-on“-Mentalität zeichnet dich aus.
- Du sprichst gutes Deutsch, um die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team sicherzustellen.
