Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Informatik-Studium (abgeschlossener Bachelor oder aktuell Masterand) bzw. einen vergleichbaren Studiengang oder eine entsprechende Fachausbildung
- Du bist alternativ ein Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit nachweisbarer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren der folgenden Technologien: C#, Java, Cloud (AWS)
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich der Testautomatisierung (Cloud) und eine Qualifikation als Testmanager:in und/oder Tester:in (ISTQB o. ä.)
- Du hast Erfahrung mit agiler Softwareentwicklung (Scrum) und Kenntnisse in Tools wie Jira und Confluence

- Du erhälst innerhalb von drei Werktagen ein erstes Feedback per E-Mail von uns. Vielleicht melden wir uns kurz telefonisch, weil wir noch ein oder zwei Fragen zu deinen Unterlagen haben.
- Im zweiten Schritt laden wir dich zu einem Video-Call ein, an dem vonn unserer Seite i. d. R. ein HR-Kollege und der fachliche Ansprechpartner teilnehmen. Wir möchten dich gerne kennenlernen und dein Fragen beantworten.
- Der dritte Schritt bedeutet i. d. R., dass wir dich zu einem Assessment Center in unser Büro in Kaiserslautern einladen: Wir präsentieren eine Case Study aus unsere Praxis und stellen dir Aufgaben dazu. Das ganze AC soll nicht länger als zwei bis zweieinhalb Stunden in Anspruch nehmen. Unmittelbar danach geben wir dir ein klares Feedback und kommen in ca. 90% der ACs zu einer Entscheidung.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
