- Als aktiver und motivierter Vertriebsmeister im Innen- und Außendienst ist die Neukundengewinnung kein Fremdwort für Dich, egal ob Du am Telefon oder bei Kundenbesuchen vor Ort in der Kaltakquise überzeugst
- Du bist der Anker für unsere Mitarbeitenden, indem Du sie wertschätzend betreust und führst
- Als Talent-Jäger bist Du verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung von Fachpersonal und für inspirierende Vorstellungs- und Mitarbeitergespräche
- Du jonglierst eigenständig mit unseren Mitarbeitern, kümmerst Dich um deren Einsatzplanungen, das Schreiben der Dienstpläne und sorgst dafür, dass es stets ein Match bei den Einsätzen unserer Mitarbeiter und Kunden gibt
- Mit einem magischen Mix aus Recht und Tarif hältst Du die Spielregeln im Personalbereich ein
- Deine Beratungskünste und Deine Fähigkeit, langfristige und vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen, sind der Schlüssel zum Erfolg

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst wünschenswerterweise über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d) oder bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in der klassischen Zeitarbeit als Personaldisponent (m/w/d), Vertriebsdisponent (m/w/d) oder Personalberater (m/w/d) mit
- Alternativ kannst Du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/ oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb vorweisen
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Vertriebsstärke aus
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick gehören zu Deinen Stärken
- Du hast Spaß am Vertrieb und bist motiviert, neue Kunden zu gewinnen
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in allen gängigen Microsoft Office Produkten sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du konntest wünschenswerterweise bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Software „Zvoove“ sammeln
- Zudem bist Du teamfähig, zuverlässig, strukturiert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen „kühlen Kopf“
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B rundet Dein Profil ab (für den Außendienst zwingend erforderlich)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
