IT Systemadministrator für Infrastrukturmanagement (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust IT- und Netzwerksysteme auf, erweiterst und hältst sie instand
- Du richtest die Serverinfrastruktur ein und wartest sie
- Du administrierst die M365-Umgebung (Exchange, Entra, Office, Azure, Intune)
- Du richtest PCs, Laptops und mobile Endgeräte ein und wartest sie
- Du setzt virtuelle Maschinen für die Entwicklung auf
- Du leistest internen IT-Support und unterstützt beim täglichen Betrieb und der Entwicklung unserer teleoperierten Gabelstapler
- Du setzt technische und organisatorische IT-Security-Maßnahmen um, wie MDM, ABM, Logging, SIEM, Backup und Recovery, und entwickelst automatisierte Prozesse wie Zero-Touch-Provisioning, Ansible etc

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration und fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und IT-Infrastruktur
- Du hast Praxis in der Administration der M365 Umgebung sowie weiteren Cloud-Technologien
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Serverinfrastrukturen und IT-Security-Maßnahmen
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Linux-Systemen sowie in Virtualisierungslösungen (wünschenswert)
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten, um komplexe technische Probleme zu durchdringen und zielgerichtet zu lösen, sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Präzision, um Testergebnisse, Prozessverbesserungen und technische Anforderungen zu vermitteln
- Du bist proaktiv und selbständig, um eigenverantwortlich Lösungen umzusetzen, und lösungsorientiert sowie detailorientiert, um praxisgerechte Lösungen unter Qualitäts- und Performanceaspekten zu entwickeln

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
