Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst souverän moderne Baumaschinen wie Ketten- und Mobilbagger oder Radlader und führst damit präzise Erdarbeiten für Fundamente und Tankgruben im anspruchsvollen Tankstellenbau durch.
- Die tägliche Pflege, Wartung und Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft deiner Maschinen liegt in deiner Verantwortung, um einen reibungslosen Baustellenablauf zu garantieren.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung und dem Team vor Ort packst du bei Bedarf auch bei allgemeinen Bautätigkeiten mit an und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Du achtest konsequent auf die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und trägst aktiv zu Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf der Baustelle bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von Baumaschinen wie Baggern oder Radladern gesammelt.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B oder C; ein Baugeräteführerschein ist ein klares Plus, aber keine Bedingung.
- Technisches Verständnis und die Freude, dich in moderne Geräte einzuarbeiten, sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer zeigst du eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft für die Montage und arbeitest dabei sorgfältig und eigenständig.
- Für die reibungslose Absprache im Team und auf der Baustelle sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
