Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie disponieren eigenverantwortlich unsere Silo- und Kippsattel-Transporte im nationalen sowie internationalen Verkehr – von der Auftragsannahme bis zur erfolgreichen Überwachung.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson steuern Sie die tägliche Kommunikation und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Austausch zwischen Kundschaft, Fahrpersonal und Subunternehmern.
- Sie organisieren den Fuhrpark und tragen durch eine vorausschauende Planung aktiv zur Optimierung der Auslastung und Wirtschaftlichkeit bei.
- Sie erstellen die notwendigen Transportdokumente und pflegen alle relevanten Daten sorgfältig in unseren Systemen, unter anderem mit MS Office.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Fuhrparkdisposition.
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistik.
- Mit Ihrem Organisationstalent und Ihrer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise behalten Sie auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick.
- Sie verfügen über gute geografische Kenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1) und überzeugen durch Ihre kundenorientierte Art.
