Mit deiner technischen Expertise und deiner offenen Art bist du der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für unsere Partner, beantwortest ihre technischen Fragen und schulst sie in der Installation unseres Produkts.

Was erwartet dich?

Du bist unser:e Expert:in für die (Installations-) technischen Fragen zu unserem Produkt und trägst dieses Wissen in die Welt:

Als AC-Profi berätst du unsere Partner und unterstützt sie im Pre-Sales-Prozess:
- Du beantwortest (installationstechnische) Rückfragen zum Produkt
- Du prüfst die elektrotechnische Machbarkeit geplanter Projekte
- Du berätst hinsichtlich der technischen Planung etc.
Du führst unsere Partner in die PIONIERKRAFT-Welt ein und bist installationstechnischer Ansprechpartner während des gesamten After-Sales-Prozesses - persönlich, professionell, partnerschaftlich
Du erstellst Schulungsmaterialien, FAQs und Anleitungen mit allen relevanten Inhalten
Du bist verantwortlich für unsere interne Partner-Academy, d.h. du konzeptionierst und entwickelst Schulungsinhalte und führst (Online-) Seminare für unsere Fachpartner durch
Bei Bedarf reist du zu den Installationen vor Ort, um unsere Partner direkt zu unterstützen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich PV-Planung, technischer Customer Support, Installationen oder einem vergleichbaren Feld
Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker, Elektrotechniker oder Ähnliches
Du fühlst dich im Umgang mit komplexer Software und digitalen Produkten zu Hause und kannst praktische Erfahrung nachweisen
Erfahrung in der PV-Projektplanung
Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Nutzung eines CRM-Systems
Eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, Wissen weiterzugeben
Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Schulungen vor Ort und Erstinstallationen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
