Was erwartet Sie?
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner in unserem multiprofessionellen Team beraten und betreuen Sie psychisch kranke Menschen sowie deren Angehörige und vermitteln passgenaue Hilfsangebote.
- Sie leiten eigenverantwortlich Kriseninterventionen in Akutfällen, was auch die Durchführung von Hausbesuchen und bei Bedarf Unterbringungen nach dem PsychHG umfasst.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kliniken, Behörden und anderen Netzwerkpartnern koordinieren Sie die Behandlungs- und Hilfspläne für Ihre Klientinnen und Klienten.
- Sie erstellen fundierte amtsärztliche Gutachten und Stellungnahmen zu komplexen psychiatrischen Fragestellungen.
- Zusätzlich nehmen Sie am ärztlichen Rufbereitschaftsdienst teil, um die psychiatrische Notfallversorgung in der Region sicherzustellen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie besitzen die Approbation als Ärztin/Arzt (m/w/d).
- Sie sind bereit für die aufsuchende Tätigkeit im Außendienst, besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und die Bereitschaft, Ihren privaten PKW gegen Kostenerstattung zu nutzen.
- Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Ihrem Verhandlungsgeschick agieren Sie auch in komplexen Situationen souverän und empathisch.
- Die Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst ist für Sie selbstverständlich und Sie können einen gültigen Masernschutznachweis vorlegen.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens B2-Niveau) und sind vertraut im Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen.
- Wünschenswert sind erste Berufserfahrung in der Psychiatrie sowie Kenntnisse im SGB und PsychHG.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
