Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance Teams in Düsseldorf suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Working Capital (m/w/d) in der Finanzbuchhaltung. In dieser Rolle berichtest Du an den Finance Manager Germany und pflegst eine enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Partnern der Kanzlei. Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst Rechnungen für unser Büro in München aus und unterstützt bei der Rechnungsstellung für die Büros in Düsseldorf und Hamburg
- Du bearbeitest nationale und internationale Rechnungen und arbeitest gemeinsam mit unseren Büros weltweit an der Rechnungsstellung
- Du bringst idealerweise Vorkenntnisse in der Umsatzsteuer mit
- Du aktualisierst Stammdaten und prüfst die Daten neu eröffneter Akten
- Du betreust E-Billing-Portale und unterstützt beim Rechnungsversand

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, diese ist jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und arbeitest selbstständig mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du bist flexibel, hast ein Organisationstalent und eine System- bzw. IT-Affinität sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Du zeigst Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
