Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie werden Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Fahrzeugkarosserien durchführen, Schäden diagnostizieren und effizient beheben
- Sie überwachen die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und stellen sicher, dass unsere Fahrzeuge sicher und zuverlässig sind
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Dellenreparaturen, Blechbearbeitung und Karosserieinstandsetzung sowie für Auf- und Umbauten an Fahrzeugen
- Sie reparieren Karosserien, Karosserieteile und Fahrzeugaufbauten in KFZ-Reparaturwerkstätten und setzen Autokarosserien instand
- Sie reparieren Kratzer und Beulen in der Karosserie mit "Spot-Repair" und den entsprechenden Werkzeugen wie Ausbeulwerkzeugen und Hämmern
- Sie tauschen gegebenenfalls beschädigte Teile aus und bringen den Rahmen sowie die Karosserie wieder in die richtige Form

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fahrzeug- und Karosseriebauer (m/w/d)
- Sie haben Berufserfahrung im Karosseriebau oder in der Fahrzeugreparatur, die Ihre Kompetenz in diesem Bereich unterstreicht
- Sie können mit Ihren handwerklichen Fähigkeiten präzise und sorgfältig arbeiten
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien ist für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer:in und können effektiv in einem multidisziplinären Umfeld arbeiten
- Sie sind flexibel und können sich neuen Technologien und Prozessen anpassen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
