Um unsere Fahrzeuge zu betreiben, brauchen wir Dich! Mit Dir können wir unsere Systeme in verschiedene Standorte der Kunden betreiben sowie neue Kunden für das Unternehmenswachstum gewinnen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt eine Operations-Strategie um, um Performance, Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit bei Kund:innen zu erreichen
- Du analysierst die Prozesse der Kund:innen und optimierst die Produktivität
- Du führst und stellst Fahrer:innen in Deutschland und Bulgarien ein
- Du baust Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkund:innen auf, pflegst und betreust diese
- Du planst Kundenprojekte und begleitest Rollouts aus der Operations-Sicht
- Du gibst Input zur Produktentwicklung durch strukturiertes Kundenfeedback

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurswissenschaften
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik, und hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Technologie und Logistik
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsqualitäten sowie ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denkfähigkeiten
- Du bist erfahren in Projektplanung und -management und kannst sowohl unabhängig als auch im Team arbeiten
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und eine hohe Reisebereitschaft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
