Als Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d) bist du ein verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und deren Beschäftigten und unterstützt unser Team in allen Prozessen in und um die Entgeltabrechnung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere Kunden aus der Film- und Fernsehbranche
- Du führst die monatlichen Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteueranmeldungen durch
- Du digitalisierst die Vertrags-/ Personaldokumente und erfasst die abrechnungsrelevanten Daten
- Du übernimmst die Stammdaten- und Mandantenpflege
- Du bearbeitest Einkommens-, Arbeits- und Rentenbescheinigungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Betriebsprüfungen
- Du korrespondierst mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden
- Du stehst unseren Kunden sowie den Beschäftigten als Ansprechpartner*in in allen Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung zur Verfügung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d), Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Du verfügst über relevante Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und findest dich schnell in neuen Software- und Datenbanksystemen zurecht
- Du zählst Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit zu deinen Stärken
- Du hast eine selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
