- Sie führen die Produktionsbereiche PE und Formteilschäumerei
- Sie planen, steuern und überwachen die Produktionsprozesse und verbessern diese kontinuierlich
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personalplanung und Koordination der Beschäftigten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Ausbildung
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister (m/w/d) oder Techniker:in (DQR 6)
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige einschlägige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und besitzen Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Sie identifizieren sich mit den Unternehmenszielen und beherrschen Deutsch mindestens auf C2-Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
