Was erwartet Dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden der Gruppe IMS (Integriertes Managementsystem) & Strategy, inkl. der Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen und Bewertung der Zielerreichungen
- Du hältst das integrierte Managementsystem (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) am Standort Kirchdorf aufrecht und entwickelst es weiter
- Du förderst die gruppen- und abteilungsübergreifende Teamarbeit sowie den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
- Du organisierst eigenverantwortlich die Umsetzung von Zielvereinbarungen zur Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung
- Du führst Risikobewertungen durch, überwachst die Prozessleistungen auf Basis der erhobenen Kennzahlen und überwachst die Einhaltung von geltenden, rechtlichen Verpflichtungen im Geltungsbereich der implementierten Managementsysteme
- Du organisierst und begleitest die Durchführung von internen und externen Audits, inkl. der Nachverfolgung zu erledigender Maßnahmenpläne

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Meister- oder Technikerausbildung oder eine entsprechende Berufsausbildung mit Bezug zum beschriebenen Einsatzgebiet
- Du hast Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Managementsysteme und deren Aufrechterhaltung
- Du hast Deine Fähigkeiten in der Personalführung während Deiner bisherigen Beschäftigung erfolgreich unter Beweis gestellt
- Du kennst Dich bestens mit MS-Office Anwendungen aus und hast gute Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Softwaresystemen
- Du trägst mit Deiner zeitlichen Flexibilität und Deinem Engagement entscheidend zur erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit im Team bei und arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und zielorientiert
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Weiterbildungen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, z.B. als interner Auditor, sind von Vorteil
