- Sie sorgen als Stabsstelle für ein wirksames Qualitätsmanagement-System und verantworten zusätzlich die Qualitätssicherung
- Sie verantworten die Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsmanagement-Systeme und beachten hierbei gesetzliche Vorschriften, Richtlinien und Sicherheitsbestimmungen
- Sie hinterfragen die eigenen Prozesse im Rahmen von KVP / Lean Aktivitäten und arbeiten an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen zur Effizienzsteigerung der Arbeitsabläufe, setzen Optimierungen um für Montage, Materialfluss-, Prüf- und Kontrollprozesse
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Einkauf zusammen, um Lieferanten zu auditieren, und führen den Qualifizierungs- und Reklamationsprozess

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Meister- oder Technikerweiterbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Technik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines Maschinen- und Anlagenbauers
- Sie haben ein Training & Qualifikation zum KVP / Lean Manager (m/w/d) abgeschlossen
- Sie haben praktische Tätigkeit als KVP / Lean Manager (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Moderationserfahrung und Feingefühl für den Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit dem Umgang von Lieferanten, auch international, und entsprechende Reisebereitschaft
- Sie besitzen ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Arbeit im dynamischen Projektumfeld
- Sie haben gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie arbeiten gerne innerhalb des Teams und packen auch operativ gerne selbst mit an
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen (z.B. Pro Alpha)
