Wir stehen dabei für starke Kundenorientierung und gleichzeitig für einen schnellen und einfachen Service, weshalb wir dich als Servicetechniker im Innendienst suchen, der zuverlässig und mit viel Freude unsere Kunden betreut und für einen reibungslosen Einsatz unserer Geräte sorgt.
Gerade zukunftsträchtige Technologien wie die Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik IoT gewinnen bei VEGA immer mehr an Bedeutung. Sensoren werden verstärkt mit dieser Technologie ausgestattet, was wiederum zu verstärkter Servicenachfrage führt. Um diesen neuen Anforderung gerecht zu werden suchen wir ein neues Teammitglied, welches sich als Spezialist in dieses neue Thema für VEGA einarbeitet und zielgerichtet unsere Kunden in Ihren Anliegen unterstützt. Hierbei wollen wir zudem aus den gewonnenen Informationen aus dem Markt Rückschlüsse für unsere Geräteentwicklung ziehen.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Digitaler Telefonsupport für unsere Kunden als Teil der Service-Hotline mit einem Schwerpunkt auf unsere IoT-Geräte und -Plattform
- Technische Kundenberatung bei Geräteinbetriebnahme, Einbindung der Geräte in IoT-Plattformen, Fehleranalyse oder Fragen zur Anwendung und Bedienung
- Organisation anwendungsbezogener Produktschulungen
- Übernahme der Zufallsbereitschaft an Wochenenden zur Betreuung der Service-Hotline
- Inhouse-Beratung für Fachabteilungen wie z. B. Vertrieb Inland, International Sales sowie für unsere internationalen Niederlassungen

Dein Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatik), Technikerweiterbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Informatik oder Elektrotechnik
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk, IoT und zugehörigen Funkprotokollen sowie Grundlagen der Cloud-Kommunikation und API-Schnittstellen
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Kundensupport
- Fähigkeit zur Verarbeitung komplexer Sachverhalte sowie die Möglichkeit, sich digital in die Problemstellungen eines Kunden hineinzuversetzen
- Freude an Kundenkontakt sowie interner und externer Kommunikation
- Bereitschaft, unseren Außendienst im Rahmen der eigenen Einarbeitung und Weiterbildung bei Kundenbesuchen zu begleiten und aktiv daran teilzunehmen
- Selbstständige, flexible und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsorganisation mit einer ausgeprägten Problemlösungsfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
