In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für deine Schicht, sorgst für den reibungslosen Ablauf in der Fertigung und unterstützt dein Team mit deinem technischen Wissen. Dabei stehst du als verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen bereit und gewährleistest höchste Qualität sowie Sicherheit.
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für deine Schicht, sorgst für den reibungslosen Ablauf in der Fertigung und unterstützt dein Team mit deinem technischen Wissen. Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrungen als Schichtführer sowie Vorkenntnisse in der Produktmontage wären von Vorteil
- Zuverlässige, selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
3 to 5 years of relevant experience

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
