Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern das Montageteam und die Nachunternehmer auf der Baustelle
- Sie treffen Absprachen mit Auftraggeber:innen und koordinieren die Termine mit Fremdgewerken
- Sie führen fachlich und kontrollieren die Ausführungsleistungen
- Sie dokumentieren die Montagearbeiten und Aufmaße
- Sie erstellen eigenständig den Materialbedarf in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Berufsausbildung im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung bzw. Versorgungstechnik, als Heizungsbauer:in, Lüftungsbauer:in, Anlagenmechaniker:in SHK oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Fachbereich der TGA / HLKS
- Sie sind bereit zu reisen (Montag bis Donnerstag) und besitzen die Führerscheinklasse B
- Sie haben Führungskompetenzen und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sie zeigen Teamgeist und Flexibilität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
