Deine Aufgaben:
- Rechtliche Begleitung und Beratung aller Fachbereiche unseres Unternehmens sowie der nationalen und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften der Grieshaber-Gruppe Spannende Themenfelder sind hier zum Beispiel die rechtliche Begleitung neuer Entwicklungs- oder IT-Projekte oder die Unterstützung unserer Vertriebsteams rund um globale Kundenaufträge
- Analyse und Bewertung rechtlicher Fragestellungen und Vorbereitung lösungsorientierter Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Risikoanalyse bei bestehenden Rechtsfragen, Gesetzesänderungen und neuen Gesetzen sowie Bewertung ihrer Konsequenzen für unser Unternehmen
- Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden für rechtliche Themen als fachliche Anlaufstelle
- Unterstützung bei der Anpassung bestehender und beim Erstellen neuer Weisungen, Prozesse und Standards sowie deren Implementierung
- Prüfung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung nationaler und internationaler Verträge
- Unterstützung bei der Vereinheitlichung des Vertragswesens in der Grieshaber-Gruppe sowie bei der Gestaltung und Ausarbeitung von Vertragsstandards, AGB und Nutzungsbedingungen
- Weiterentwicklung des Vertrags-Management-Systems bei unserem Unternehmen und in der Grieshaber-Gruppe

Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen oder einer Kanzlei
- Breites juristisches Fachwissen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an internationalem Recht sowie an der Auseinandersetzung mit ausländischen Rechtsordnungen
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Kommunikationsstärke
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten, Hand in Hand mit den operativen Fachbereichen, anderen Funktionen sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen in anderen Ländern

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
