- Sie prüfen und beurteilen Ausschreibungsunterlagen
- Sie sind für die Bearbeitung von Angeboten sowie für die Kalkulation und Nachkalkulation von Projekten verantwortlich
- Sie erstellen Angebote, Auftragskalkulationen, Nachträge und Nebenangebote
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der Bauleitung, der Arbeitsvorbereitung, dem Einkauf sowie externen Partnern zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Kalkulation gesammelt
- Sie sind mit bauvertraglichen Regelungen sowie dem Bauvertragsrecht vertraut
- Sie beherrschen den sicheren Umgang mit relevanten EDV-Programmen sowie der Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen (VOB) Teil A, B und C
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und schätzen den fachlichen Austausch mit Ihren Kolleg:innen
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe Eigenmotivation und sprechen fließend Deutsch
- Sie verfügen über einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
