Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie analysieren und bewerten eigenverantwortlich Ausschreibungsunterlagen und identifizieren dabei sowohl Chancen als auch Risiken für unsere Bauprojekte.
- Sie verantworten die vollständige Kalkulation von Bauleistungen – von der Massenermittlung bis zur Preisbildung – unter Anwendung branchenüblicher EDV-Programme und der VOB.
- Sie erstellen Haupt- und Nebenangebote sowie Nachträge und legen damit den Grundstein für die wirtschaftliche Realisierung unserer Projekte.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeiten Sie eng mit der Bauleitung, dem Einkauf und der Arbeitsvorbereitung zusammen, um eine technisch und kaufmännisch fundierte Angebotsbasis zu sichern.
- Sie führen die Nachkalkulation durchgeführter Projekte durch und leiten daraus wertvolle Erkenntnisse für zukünftige Kalkulationen ab.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation oder Bauleitung mit und sind mit dem Bauvertragsrecht (VOB) vertraut.
- Der Umgang mit branchenüblicher EDV-Software geht Ihnen sicher von der Hand.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus, schätzen aber auch den fachlichen Austausch im Team.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
