Was erwartet Sie?
- Als Herzstück unserer Baustellen bedienen Sie eigenständig schwere Spezialtiefbaugeräte wie Raupenbohrgeräte, Bagger und Verpressstationen.
- Sie stellen die Stabilität und Sicherheit unserer Fundamente sicher, indem Sie eigenverantwortlich Anker- und Pfahlprüfungen durchführen und dokumentieren.
- Damit alles reibungslos läuft, sind Sie für die regelmäßige Wartung und kleinere Modifikationen an Ihrem Maschinenpark verantwortlich.
- Im engen Austausch mit Ihren Kolleg:innen und der Bauleitung arbeiten Sie Hand in Hand im Team, um unsere deutschlandweiten Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene gewerbliche Ausbildung (z. B. als Spezialtiefbauer, Maurer oder Mechaniker) und bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau mit.
- Handwerkliches Geschick und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Baumaschinen, insbesondere Baggern, zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B. Ein Bagger-Schein und idealerweise auch ein Schweißerpass sind ein großes Plus.
- Als verlässlicher Teamplayer sind Sie bereit, deutschlandweit auf Montage zu arbeiten und packen gerne mit an.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Baustelle zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
