Vertriebsassistenz mit Schwerpunkt Controlling (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen das Sales-Controlling durch, inklusive Planung, Steuerung und Auswertung relevanter Vertriebskennzahlen wie Umsatz, Deckungsbeiträge, Pipeline und Forecast
- Sie unterstützen bei der Organisation und Planung von Vertriebsmeetings sowie internen und externen Veranstaltungen
- Sie erstellen und prüfen Provisionsabrechnungen
- Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb bei Preis- und Rabattstrukturen, Angebotskalkulationen, Margenkontrollen sowie bei der Pflege von ERP-Texten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sie erstellen regelmäßige Berichte, Dashboards und Analysen zur Vertriebsleistung und wirken bei Forecasting-, Budgetierungs- und Kalkulationsprozessen mit
- Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb im Tagesgeschäft, arbeiten bei Kundengesprächen mit, bearbeiten Kundenanfragen, erstellen und verfolgen Angebote sowie Rechnungen und pflegen Kunden- und Stammdaten im CRM-System

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung (weniger als 3 Jahre) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt BWL, VWL oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Sie haben idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Controlling/Vertriebscontrolling
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und sind sicher im Umgang mit Excel, ERP-Systemen und MS Office
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Vertriebsinnendienst
- Sie arbeiten kommunikationsstark, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (GER C1) und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
