Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest und gestaltest das Applikationsportfolio unserer Unternehmensgruppe (eine Muttergesellschaft und derzeit zwei Töchterunternehmen) sowie den effizienten Einsatz von Ressourcen, die Transparenz aller Aktivitäten, Sicherheit und Benutzerfreundlichkeit
- Du entwickelst die Applikationslandschaft der Unternehmensgruppe auf Basis der IT- und Unternehmensstrategie weiter, indem du Markttrends beobachtest und neue Technologien einführst
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch ein kleines Team bestehend aus zwei ABAP-Entwickler:innen, einem CRM-Dynamics Entwickler:in und drei Application Manager:innen
- Du übernimmst betriebswirtschaftliche Aufgaben wie die Durchführung von Projekten, KPI-basierte Steuerung der Team- und Projekt-Aktivitäten und das Stakeholder-Management
- Du arbeitest IT-technisch operativ in der SAP-Modellbetreuung (FI/CO, MM, SD, WM) agil nach Scrum mit und kümmerst dich um das Management der Schnittstellen zwischen den Systemen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Application Management mit Schwerpunkt SAP und nachweisbare Erfolge in Rollout- und Integrationsprojekten
- Du übernimmst souverän die Führung in Gruppen und Projekten und nimmst dabei alle Beteiligten mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrungen im Modul FI/CO, kennst dich in weiteren SAP Modulen aus und bist mit SAP Fiori vertraut
- Du zeichnest dich durch starkes unternehmerisches Denken, einen kooperativen Führungsstil und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität aus
- Du hast eine ganzheitliche und analytische Denkweise, sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Organisationsstärke
- Du hast neben fundierten Erfahrungen in SAP FI/CO bereits Kenntnisse in den Modulen MM und/oder SD und konntest deine Führungskompetenzen durch vorherige Führungspositionen unter Beweis stellen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
