Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von IT-Projekten gemäß der Kundenanforderungen. Dies beinhaltet Infrastrukturprojekte (Netzwerk, Server, Cloud, Workplaces, Sicherheit) und laufende Verbesserungen (Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen, Prozessanpassungen)
- Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- 2nd und 3rd Level Support

Dein Profil
- Du hast ein IT-bezogenes Studium/ eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung gesammelt
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über Systemhaus-Erfahrung oder über mehrjährige Fachkenntnisse in der Durchführung von IT-Projekten
- Tiefes IT-Grundverständnis: Du weißt, wie die IT-Infrastruktur eines Unternehmens im Microsoft-Server-Umfeld aufgebaut sein muss und kannst dies umsetzen
- Du kannst komplexe IT-Infrastrukturprojekte planen und durchführen, dabei lässt Du Dich von auftretenden Herausforderungen nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
- Du verfügst über fundiertes (Anwendungs-) Wissen in den Bereichen IT-Security, Virtualisierungsumgebungen, Windows-Client, Windows-Server und Cloud-Technologien (Microsoft Azure und M365)
- Zertifizierungen im Sophos- und Microsoft-Bereich sind von Vorteil
- Zu Deinen Eigenschaften zählen ein ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke, Verbindlichkeit und Einsatzfreude, Teamfähigkeit und ein kommunikatives Wesen
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. Level C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
