Katalysatorentwickler für Wasserstoffprojekte (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du designst, synthetisierst und optimierst heterogene Katalysatoren für die Wasserstofffreisetzung (Aktivität, Selektivität, Stabilität)
- Du formulierst diese in geeignete Formen (Pulver, Beschichtungen, strukturierte Träger) und überführst sie in skalierbare Herstellrouten
- Du planst und führst Katalysator-Screenings (Labor bis Mini-Pilot) sowie Langzeit- und Regenerationstests durch
- Du wertest die Ergebnisse mittels statistischer Methoden aus und erstellst dokumentierte Berichte gemäß QM-Vorgaben
- Du integrierst Reaktoren und Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Verfahrens-/Systemtechnik (z. B. Festbett, strukturierte Reaktoren) inklusive Scale-up in Prototypen
- Du integrierst Zulieferkomponenten und arbeitest mit externen Partnern (Universitäten, Institute, Lieferanten) zusammen
- Du begleitest technisch Fördermittel/Drittmittelprojekte (Anträge, Berichte, Review) und unterstützt bei IP-/Patentanmeldungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Materialwissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Fach; eine Promotion ist von Vorteil
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der heterogenen Katalyse (Synthese, Träger-/Promotorwahl, Formulierung)
- Du verfügst über Prüf- und Analytikkompetenz (z. B. BET, XRD, TEM/SEM-EDX, TPR/TPD; Gasanalytik)
- Du hast Erfahrung im Scale-up von Labor- in Pilot-/Prototypmaßstab und in technischer Dokumentation/QM
- Du arbeitest interdisziplinär mit Verfahrenstechnik/Mechanik und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in Hydrogen-Safety (z. B. Druckgeräte/ATEX), DoE/Statistik (JMP/Python/Matlab), LIMS, IP/Patente

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
