Was erwartet dich?
- Du qualifizierst eingehende Leads und identifizierst Vertriebchancen
- Du führst professionelle Erstgespräche mit Interessent:innen und Entscheider:innen
- Du recherchierst proaktiv potenzielle Neukund:innen und deren Bedarfe
- Du terminierst qualifizierte Gespräche für den Außendienst und pflegst unser CRM-System mit allen relevanten Informationen
- Du erstellst erste Angebote und Präsentationen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Consultants und unterstützt bei der Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Projekten
- Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Außendienst zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Inside Sales, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft am Telefon
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du hast Interesse an IT-Themen und Digitalisierung und bist sicher im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Empathie sowie Durchhaltevermögen und eine positive Einstellung
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im IT- oder Beratungsumfeld, Grundkenntnisse in SAP oder ERP-Systemen, Erfahrung mit Vertriebstools und -prozessen, erste Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Englischkenntnisse für internationale Kontakte

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
