Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest eigenständig große EWM-Transformationsprojekte von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live
- Du treibst unseren "AI Leveraged Consulting"-Ansatz im EWM-Bereich voran und entwickelst innovative KI-gestützte Lösungen
- Du berätst Geschäftsführung und Bereichsleiter zu strategischen Logistikthemen
- Du führst und entwickelst Projektteams aus Consultants und Kundenexpert:innen
- Du erstellst Executive-Präsentationen und Business Cases für Entscheider:innen
- Du identifizierst und entwickelst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten bei Bestandskund:innen und gestaltest innovative Lösungsansätze mit ProcessBridge und KI-Integration
- Du übernimmst Thought Leadership und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Fachkonferenzen
- Du mentorst Junior und Senior Consultants und förderst deren Entwicklung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 6-8 Jahre Erfahrung in der SAP EWM Beratung und nachweisliche Erfolge in der Leitung komplexer EWM-Projekte
- Du verfügst über tiefgreifende Expertise in Warehouse-Prozessen und Best Practices
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen und Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
- Du hast exzellente Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen
- Du denkst strategisch und kombinierst dies mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast Erfahrung mit S/4HANA-Transformationen und Kenntnisse in angrenzenden SAP-Modulen (TM, YL, PP)
- Du bringst eine Branchenspezialisierung in Bereichen wie Automotive, Pharma, Handel oder Industrie mit
- Du hast Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmethoden und Interesse an KI und digitalen Innovationen im Logistikbereich
- Du hast Publikationen oder Vorträge zu Logistikthemen verfasst
- Du verfügst über ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der SAP-Community

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
