Was erwartet Dich?
- Du steuerst und überwachst eigenverantwortlich unsere moderne Steinfertigungsanlage zur Herstellung hochwertiger Betonprodukte.
- Du richtest die Maschinen ein und justierst die Maschinensteuerungen präzise, um eine konstant hohe Produktqualität sicherzustellen.
- Du führst laufende Qualitätskontrollen der fertigen Produkte durch und greifst bei Abweichungen korrigierend in den Prozess ein.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinem Produktionsteam sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe und eine termingerechte Fertigstellung der Aufträge.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. als Industriemechaniker:in) mit oder überzeugst als Quereinsteiger:in mit starker technischer Affinität.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in einem Betonfertigungswerk gesammelt, am besten im Umgang mit einem Steinfertiger.
- Du hast ein gutes Händchen für die Steuerung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen und verlierst auch bei laufenden Maschinen nicht den Überblick.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist gewissenhaft und zuverlässig, weshalb du eine geschätzte Verstärkung für jedes Team bist.
- Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst rundet dein Profil ab.
