Was erwartet Dich?
- Du leitest und organisierst die Werkstätten und übernimmst die Planung
- Du steuerst und optimierst Arbeitsabläufe sowie den Ressourceneinsatz
- Du führst das Werkstattpersonal fachlich und disziplinarisch
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards sicher
- Du koordinierst und überwachst externe Dienstleister und Lieferanten.
- Du berätst Kunden, den Vertrieb und Projektteams zu technischen Fragestellungen
- Du unterstützt Investitionsentscheidungen und die Weiterentwicklung des Werkstattbereichs

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Meister:in, Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre)
- Du hast optional erste Führungserfahrungen sammeln können
- Du besitzt Organisationsgeschick und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Werkstatt- und ERP-Software
- Du bist eine teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
