Junior Technical Operations Manager (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst die Schnittstelle zwischen Menschen, Prozessen und unserem Produkt, um optimale Ergebnisse für unsere Kund:innen zu erzielen
- Du begleitest und unterstützt die Planung, Organisation und Betreuung neuer und laufender Projekte von technischer Seite und sorgst so für einen möglichst effizienten und reibungslosen Ablauf
- Du betreust fertiggestellte Projekte mittels Fernwartung und bist stets einsatzbereit, wenn ein Problem auftreten sollte
- Du bist die Brücke zwischen dem Operations- und dem Tech-Team und arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus beiden Bereichen zusammen
- Du durchdringst und verstehst unser Produkt bis zur Vollendung und gibst Dein Wissen und Deine Erfahrung proaktiv an Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen weiter
- Du bringst Dich aktiv in die ständige Erweiterung unseres Produkts durch innovative Ideen und unternehmerischen Input ein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
