- Als erste Ansprechperson beraten Sie unsere B2B- und B2C-Kund:innen fachkundig zu unserem Baustoff-Sortiment und finden die passende Lösung für deren Bauvorhaben.
- Sie erstellen und verfolgen Angebote, bearbeiten Aufträge von der Annahme bis zur Auslieferung und sind für die professionelle Abwicklung von Reklamationen zuständig.
- Sie führen Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten und stellen so die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Produkte im Großhandel sicher.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team gestalten Sie aktiv unsere Ausstellungsfläche und tragen durch eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation sowie die Sortimentspflege zum Verkaufserfolg bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. im Groß- und Außenhandel) oder bringen vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung mit.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Baustoffe mit oder haben großes Interesse, sich in dieses Thema einzuarbeiten.
- Der direkte Kontakt mit Kunden bereitet Ihnen Freude und Sie überzeugen durch Ihre serviceorientierte und verbindliche Art.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer arbeiten Sie gerne mit Kollegen zusammen und bringen sich flexibel ein.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
- Zusätzliche Polnischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
