Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust fokussiert zwei Telefonie-Projekte zeitgleich
- Du bist für die Terminvereinbarung unserer Kund:innen zuständig und repräsentierst diese nach außen
- Durch deine Expertise betreust du Projekte eigenständig und stehst in enger Zusammenarbeit und Absprache mit den Kund:innen und der Projektleitung
- Dich unterstützt unser internes Coaching-Team bei neuen Projektstarts und steht dir bei Fragen zur Seite
- Zusätzlich zur telefonischen Neukund:innenakquise recherchierst du auch Kontaktdaten, Ansprechpersonen und hältst dich in deinem Projekt auf dem neuesten Stand
- Du erweiterst dein Wissen kontinuierlich, da du für neue Projekte und Produkte Trainings bekommst, um diese überzeugend am Telefon erklären zu können

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Telemarketing, Vertrieb oder Außendienst
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Outboundtelefonie und Kaltakquise mit
- Du bist sprachgewandt und hast Spaß am Telefonieren
- Du beherrschst einwandfreies Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast ein empathisches, überzeugendes und sicheres Auftreten am Telefon

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
