Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die technische und organisatorische Betreuung unserer Projekte im Erd- und Grundbau, von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
- Sie erstellen Leistungsverzeichnisse sowie Ausschreibungsunterlagen nach VOB und wirken bei der Vergabe an Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten mit.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Projekt- und Bauleitung steuern Sie die qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechte Ausführung direkt auf der Baustelle.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Nachtragsangeboten und sind für die sorgfältige Baustellendokumentation und das Berichtswesen verantwortlich.
- Sie fungieren als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen internen Planungsteams, externen Partnern und den Auftraggebern.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Techniker:in, ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung mit – engagierte Absolvent:innen sind aber ebenso willkommen.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bringen grundlegende Kenntnisse der VOB mit.
- Mit Ihrer strukturierten und vorausschauenden Arbeitsweise übernehmen Sie gerne Verantwortung und haben Freude daran, Projekte im Team zum Erfolg zu führen.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um einen reibungslosen Austausch mit allen Projektbeteiligten zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
