Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern und bedienen präzise moderne Baumaschinen wie Bagger, Radlader und Raupen, teilweise mit 3D-Maschinensteuerung, um anspruchsvolle Projekte im Erd- und Grundbau zu realisieren.
- Dabei führen Sie eigenständig Aushub-, Planier- und Verfüllarbeiten nach Planvorgabe durch und gestalten so das Fundament für neue Bauwerke.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung und dem Polier sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen und sicheren Ablauf auf der Baustelle.
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für Ihre Maschine, indem Sie regelmäßige Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten wie das Abschmieren und Reinigen selbstständig durchführen.
- Die tägliche Überprüfung der Betriebssicherheit und die Dokumentation Ihrer Arbeit runden Ihren Aufgabenbereich ab.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von Baumaschinen mit – als Quereinsteiger mit technischem Geschick sind Sie aber ebenso willkommen.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B oder C ist für Sie selbstverständlich, ein Baugeräteführerschein ist ein Plus.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist umsichtig sowie selbstständig und Sie haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis für moderne Maschinen.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer sind Sie montagebereit und kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch.
