Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie starten jedes Projekt mit der fachgerechten Einrichtung und Absicherung der Baustelle und schaffen so die Basis für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Im Team heben Sie Baugruben sowie Gräben aus und sorgen durch Verbau und Wasserhaltung für die notwendige Stabilität und Sicherheit.
- Als Kernaufgabe verlegen Sie präzise Schmutz- und Regenwasserleitungen und setzen die dazugehörigen Schachtbauwerke nach Plan.
- Sie stellen Pflasterflächen sowie Bordanlagen her und führen anfallende Beton- und Verdichtungsarbeiten zur Fertigstellung der Oberflächen durch.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihren Kollegen und den Maschinenführern zusammen und tragen gemeinsam zum Erfolg der Bauvorhaben bei.

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in, Straßenbauer:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ überzeugen Sie mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
- Sie bringen praktische Erfahrung im Erd-, Kanal- oder Straßenbau mit und sind mit den Abläufen auf einer Baustelle vertraut.
- Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
- Sie sind bereit, auf Montage zu arbeiten und schätzen die Abwechslung verschiedener Einsatzorte.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und auf der Baustelle sind gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich.
