Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich die Abwicklung unserer TGA-Projekte im Gewerk Elektrotechnik direkt auf den deutschlandweiten Baustellen.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung deines Teams von bis zu 5 Monteur:innen und bist die erste Ansprechperson für alle technischen Fragen.
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Nachunternehmern und sorgst für einen reibungslosen und termingerechten Bauablauf.
- Du verantwortest die Qualitätssicherung, überwachst die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und führst die Abnahmen der Installationen durch.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung dokumentierst du den Baufortschritt und unterstützt bei der Materialdisposition.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von TGA-Projekten (Volumen > 2 Mio. €) im Gewerk Elektrotechnik mit.
- Du überzeugst durch deine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und deine Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten und dein Team zu führen.
- Eine deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft von Montag bis Donnerstag ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation auf der Baustelle bringst du gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1) mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
