Als Elektroingenieur / Elektro-Techniker / Elektro-Meister (m/w/d) im Ingenieurbüro Achim Brokamp übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich die Planung, Ausschreibung und Bauüberwachung elektrischer Anlagen in Projekten der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA). Du bearbeitest Projekte vom ersten Entwurf bis zur Abnahme – insbesondere im gewerblichen Bau und in Spezialimmobilien. Mit deinem Fachwissen steuerst du Projekte in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI, koordinierst Elektrogewerke, erstellst Aufmaße, prüfst Rechnungen und begleitest die Bauausführung vor Ort. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit anderen Fachplanern, Architekt:innen und dem Projektteam zusammen, um technisch saubere, wirtschaftliche und normgerechte Lösungen zu realisieren.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst Auslegung, Planung und Ausschreibung elektrischer Anlagen im Gewerbebau
- Die Bauüberwachung und Abnahme der Elektrogewerke gehört zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich Projekten in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI
- Du machst die Aufmaß, Mengen- & Kostenprüfung
- Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen und Projektunterlagen
- Du stimmst dich mit anderen Fachplanungen (HKLS, MSR, Architektur) ab
- Du wirkst bei der Vergabe, Betreuung von Subunternehmern und Qualitätskontrollen mit
- Du prüfst und gibst Rechnungen und Abrechnungen frei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektroingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, wie z.B.: Energietechnik
- Alternativ hast du einen Meister in der Elektrotechnik oder bist Techniker mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Planung und Ausführung elektrischer TGA-Anlagen mit
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse der Leistungsphasen der HOAI
- Du hast Erfahrung in Projektsteuerung, Ausschreibung, Kostenprüfung
- Du hast einen sichereren Umgang mit CAD, Elektroplanungstools und Normwerken
- Du bist teamfähig, hast Kommunikationsstärke und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du bringst eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Denkweise mit
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
