Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist nicht nur in die Fertigung, sondern auch in die Entwicklung, Simulation und Konstruktion von unseren Synchron-Elektromotoren eingebunden
- Du validierst Wickelmuster und Verschaltungen und optimierst dafür notwendige Betriebsmittel
- In unserer Kleinserienfertigung baust Du eigenverantwortlich komplette Motoren – inkl. Wicklung, Verschaltung & Verguss
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben in der Installation verschiedener mechatronischer Systeme und baust einfache Schaltschränke auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektromaschinenbauer (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d) für Maschinen- & Antriebstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast idealerweise Techniker- oder Meister-Weiterbildungen
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und dem Bau von Elektromotoren sowie in der Antriebstechnik mit
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du hast ein Händchen für handwerkliche Aufgaben und bringst Erfahrung in der praktischen Umsetzung von technischen Lösungen mit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig und hast ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsorientierung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
