Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und setzen individuelle Strategien zur Führung der zugeordneten Key Accounts um, inklusive der Konditionen- und WKZ-Investments, für die Segmente Markenspirituose und alkoholfreie Getränke
- Sie bauen konstruktive Beziehungen zu allen relevanten Entscheider:innen auf und aus
- Sie bereiten Jahresgespräche und Verhandlungen mit den zugeordneten Kund:innen vor und führen diese verantwortlich
- Sie setzen alle Bestandteile der kundenindividuellen Leistungsvereinbarungen um und koordinieren alle entsprechenden internen Prozesse
- Sie analysieren permanent und umfassend die relevanten Performance-Parameter sowie die Wettbewerbsaktivitäten
- Sie stellen eine optimale Potentialausschöpfung sicher

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management
- Sie besitzen umfassende Kenntnisse in der deutschen Handelslandschaft
- Sie haben ergänzende Erfahrung im Außendienst und/oder Category Management eines FMCG-Unternehmens
- Sie beherrschen verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
