Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen und berätst sie mit Fachkompetenz und Leidenschaft in unserem Küchenstudio.
- Mithilfe der Planungssoftware CARAT visualisierst du individuelle Küchenträume und entwickelst passgenaue Konzepte, die genau auf die Wünsche deiner Kund:innen zugeschnitten sind.
- Du erstellst transparente Angebote und begleitest den gesamten Verkaufsprozess souverän bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst stellst du eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung und die termingerechte Koordination der Lieferungen sicher.
- Auch nach dem Kauf pflegst du aktiv den Kontakt zu deinen Kund:innen und sorgst durch exzellenten Service für eine hohe Zufriedenheit und langfristige Bindung.

- Du hast bereits 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf gesammelt, idealerweise direkt in der Küchenbranche.
- Mit der Planungssoftware CARAT kennst du dich bestens aus und bringst gute allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse mit.
- Du überzeugst mit deiner Kreativität und deinem Auge für Design, um individuelle Küchenträume zu verwirklichen.
- Dank deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deines sicheren Auftretens berätst du Kunden auf Augenhöhe und mit Begeisterung.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit Kunden und dem Team sicherzustellen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
