Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest und steuerst anspruchsvolle Beratungsprojekte bei unseren Kunden aus dem Bankensektor, mit Fokus auf Risikomanagement, regulatorisches Meldewesen und Rechnungswesen.
- Dabei übernimmst Du die eigenständige Leitung des gesamten Projektzyklus – von der initialen Analyse und Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung und Übergabe an die Fachbereiche.
- Du analysierst komplexe Prozesse und entwickelst passgenaue Strategien zur Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Risiken, um die Compliance unserer Kunden sicherzustellen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT und den Fachabteilungen sorgst Du für eine reibungslose Kommunikation und stellst die technische sowie fachliche Integration der Lösungen sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus der Unternehmensberatung oder dem Bankensektor mit, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Risikomanagement, Meldewesen oder Rechnungswesen.
- Dank deiner hohen IT-Affinität agierst du als kompetente Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT und kannst technische Konzepte verständlich aufbereiten.
- Du überzeugst mit starken analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Sachverhalte zu durchdringen und tragfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit fällt es dir leicht, Ergebnisse und Konzepte überzeugend zu präsentieren.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
